Have you driven out the Jayhawk Road lately and noticed the Dunn’s garden and the people that are “Workiing” in it? One is sitting in a chair, another two are resting on their hoes and the fourth one seems to be hoing. They are so life like one person said he waved at them. I hope they are being paid at least minimum wage. Thanks, Dunn’s for brightening our day.

Beulah Queen, Rose Marie Wilkerson and Eloise Brown spent Friday evening with Edna Mae Marsh. They enjoyed visiting and playing cards.

Arnold, Clara and Austin Schofield, Esther Secrest, Chelsea and Kristin Wollenberg and Larry Lawrence enjoyed a fish fry at Carol Bingesser’s home, May 26. She was assisted by Brittany and Jon.
